Subject: [PATCH] feat(frontend): switch the default site accent from cyan to
 emerald

Recolor the site-level --color-ice default and glow from #5cc8e7 to #34d399
and align the decorative VoxelScene/ParticleField accent and the DevTools
greeting. ClickGui/mod theme accents (classic preset) are left untouched; the
avatar success notice now reads as positive green via tone=success.
