feat(brand): 3D pixel-heart icon and updated site tagline

- Site favicon/mod icon: aligned voxel heart mark with lightning-bolt
  side notches, crisp pixel edges, centered bounding box
- Landing hero + meta description updated to "visuals you'll fall in
  love with" (RU/EN), no em dashes
- fabric.mod.json now points at the new mod icon asset
