Initial commit: split VNOX monorepo into VNOX-Client

Desktop client with egui + wgpu UI, audio pipeline (cpal/opus/rodio),
networking (LNEx protocol), and identity management with encrypted vault.

Jitter buffer module extracted from voice-node for standalone operation.
