+### Убрать if-else леса в rating командах
+
+**Проблема:**
+Все rating команды (MustacheCommand, IqCommand, FatCommand, GayCommand, PpCommand, BoykisserCommand) содержат огромные if-else цепочки для определения уровня/комментария/цвета.

+**Пример плохого кода (MustacheCommand):**
