fix(animals): replace dead catboys/waifu.pics endpoints with nekos.best

- api.catboys.com/img fails TLS (unrecognized_name) -> nekos.best/api/v2/neko
- api.waifu.pics/sfw/waifu does not resolve -> nekos.best/api/v2/waifu
- nekos.best returns HTTP 200 for okhttp/5.5.0 UA, shape {results:[{url}]}
